I think Dirk has some definite value at 2-1 IMO

I just can't see the writers making him a 3 time MVP at all. It's hard enough to win 2 times in a row, but 3x's in a row is extremely rare.

For one things, Lebron has that toe issue he's going to probably be dealing with the rest of the year.

The factor in that Kobe is playing more "team ball" this year.

As far as Wade goes. Well, he's really doesn't have much of a chance no matter how he does this year. Maybe if the Heat didn't struggle out of the gate at the begining of the the season he might have had a shot.
