Lakers -6 at Hawks

Lay the points on the Lakers when Los Angeles takes on the Hawks in Atlanta on Monday night.

The Hawks upset the Nets in overtime yesterday and will now be playing their third game in the past four days.

Note that Atlanta has just seven wins the last 20 times it played the second of back-to-back games, including a 1-3 straight up/against the spread their last four. The last two times the Hawks played a home game after having played the previous day, they lost by 15 points to the 76ers and 19 points to the Hornets.

The Lakers, who are 13-8-1 against the spread after scoring 105 or more points in their previous game, come off a 108-102 win at Washington. Look for them to build off that victory with another solid effort tonight. Consider laying the points.

I disagree with your Lakers play Mr.Burns. The Hawks have been playing some very good basketball in these past few games, and i'm going to continue to roll with them tonight.

I would have to agree with Dan on this one. The Hawks are the better play at +6 or +5.5. Lakers in the middle of their east coast road trip. Hawks have been playing well.
