Big time action on the Dream?
The Dream are listed as the second most popular play at Betcris. I can't figure that out especially if Holdsclaw is still out. The Shock are rolling, nobody's come close to beating them recently.

    Any thoughts on that?

They've got their rookie McCoughtry and the Brazilian Olympian Castro putting up big numbers

ATL are 2-0 against the spread at Detroit over the last 2 seasons.

ATL are 4-0 when playing on Thursday, DET are 0-2 on Thursdays.

I'm just nitpicking here to try and justify why Atlanta are the favourites.

I'm taking Shock ML, the champs won't let the upstart Dream sweep them.

The last Atlanta/Detroit game in Detroit went overtime. Holdsclaw was a huge factor in that win. Without her I don't think Atlanta can win in Detroit with the Shock firing on all cylinders.

I think it is because Atlanta has beat them 3 times already this yr. I'm on Detroit as well as I don't see them getting swept by Atlanta either!
If it seems to good to be true it usually is!!

I have a natural instinct to exploit market ineffieciencies!!

It's going be tough for Atlanta to go in the Palace and grab a win. Especially that Detroit has won 3 games straight, looking for a playoff spot, and has good chemistry going on. And Detroit wants to avoid a season sweep. So everything is pointing in favor of Detroit. And lets not forgot Holdsclaw will most likely be out.

Isn't Atlanta an A bet on one of the systems tonight?

Yes, it's a JM/Samson15 A bet. The line has moved a little in Detroit's favor, though.

Atlanta is an A Bet tonight under the Jim Morresy System. There are a lot of people playing his system and this could move the line to favor Shock players.

When a Morrison play doesn't move wildly, the books are basically telling you the other side is the winner. Bad news for those that thought they would have a nice middle op in this game.

Atlanta might cover 7 pts tonight if you bought the 3 pts like a true JM play.

I don't follow JM, I just use his plays to scalp/middle

Of course you don't follow his plays because LT is definitely, absolutely not a tard.

I'm doubling down on Detroit at halftime, they'll win this game.
