Bulls got Nikola Vucevic from Orlando for Wendell Carter and picks. Now that's an upgrade. If the Bulls also go get a PG (Lonzo?), they could even be dangerous in he playoffs. Longshot for sure, but I just hit the Bulls 200-1 to win the East.
