Interesting question.

During the shortened 1999 season the Knicks won the Eastern Conference as an 8 seed and went to the NBA finals. But when I went back to check the standings there was only 6 game separating #1 from #8, 33-17 vs 27-23. Or .660 vs .540 winning percentages. Miami was #1 but they were tied with Indiana and Orlando. So the playoff teams that year were bunched together.

Huge pressure on the Bucks in game 2. I wonder if there will be any adjustments before game 2.
