cant think of too many players that have ever come into the league with the pressure that lonzo had on his shoulders, being picked 2nd along with a big mouth dad who wanted as much spotlight as his oldest son while trying to live his life out through his kids. a dad who ran his mouth so much that hate was transferred to the son. such pressure naturally will affect a player and the haters just couldnt be patient, said he couldnt shoot I always said he could he proved that in high school and college the process is right on schedule. the game has slowed down for lonzo. in december he was avg. 11,6, and 5, january, 14, 7, and 9. everything has improved.

fun fact - did you know that lonzo has more triple doubles this season than kawhi leonard and damian lilliard have combined in their entire careers

great post thank you. that 3rd or 4th year in the league is absolutely pivotal for a young player's development. it is a crucial time for growth, maturity & just overall elevation of their skills. Lonzo is hitting all 3 of those categories with flying colors. can't wait to see him & Zion play together over the next decade. THE FUTURE.

I’ve never wanted a kid to succeed more (other than my own)... his loud mouth dad created unreal pressure and focus on a young person just figuring it all out. Glad he got away from LA and is in New Orleans where he can focus on getting better. Go Lonzo!
