No Len nor Fernando tonight. Hawks might need D.Jones to have his first good game of the season. He's in a contract year but you wouldn't know it. Coming off injury tbf.

wtf is going on with this team? they looked so good early in the year. can't figure out what went wrong after the first month. as a Suns fan, I am shaking in my boots at the thought of Devin booker requesting a trade. he has every right to do so. enough is enough. they had a chance to sign DLo this summer and they chose Rubio. that might've been the last straw.

That's quite the sense of humour you've got there.

I think he's a terrific pg. He along with Ball/ Rondo (much better defender than those two I might add) catch a lot of flak for being substandard shooters, but give me a pg that can control tempo and make everyone comfortable.

Rubio was a good point guard 10 years ago when the game was more condensed & big men played their traditional roles in the paint. nowadays the game is more spread out & you have 4s and 5s on the court who are deadly shooters. how are you a point guard and have the ball in your hands for majority of the game but cant hit a open shot when the defense forces you to? there is no other point guard in the league that fits this description other then rare cases like Simmons and Russ who make up for it w/ rare levels of athleticism. there is a reason Jazz didn't resign him. his style has died out. that team w/ Conley is now a championship contender.

if you cant hit a open shot at a consistent rate in this league and dont provide anything spectacular in any other facet of the game then you ultimately become a liability instead of an asset. giving him 20 mil for 3 years was completely unacceptable. he is not a starting level point guard in this ERA.

Excellent point guard. High assist percentage and doesn't turn the ball over much. Still a cult hero in Minnesota

THIS is how you set the precedent for the new age of point guards. Ricky Rubio has never EVER had a game like this. not even close. Ja dominates this game at every level. he applies pressure on the defense consistently. 3s, attacking the rim, elite level playmaking, pace, etc. this is the BAR that has been set. Ja morant, Trae young, Shai gilheous Alexander, etc. this is the competition of point guards that the league is introducing YEARLY. Ricky Rubio cant even hit a open shot man like what the hell?

Morant will be the best pg in the league in a few years, so that's the gold standard.

Bottom line is we're talking a top 15 pg. A master pg and a WC Finals MVP. Show some respect!

And the notion that Booker is not culpable, a beacon of shining light, is ridiculous. He has a solid supporting cast this season. Rubio, Oubre, Baynes -these are solid players.

man as a Suns fan I am just so disappointed. I am lashing out on Rubio but of course its not his fault. the organization as a whole deserves blame. they make terrible move after terrible move. the culture is so bad. Book is the one saving grace. Coach Monty was the PERFECT hire also. he is tremendous. yet here we are midway through the season in complete shambles. why couldn't the lottery balls fall our way so we could draft Ja??????
