If they waited 1 year they could have got him and kept all that other stuff, but James' clock is ticking I guess...
btw looks like the trade wont be completed for another month due to salary cap reasons, which presumably means the #4 pick wont be playing in SL

32Mil to spend. Be funny if they went out and signed D'Angelo Russell wouldn't it?

Can't afford to wait a year. The window to win the title is next year/right now. With Klay and KD out next season, even if Kawhi stays in TOR, the Lakers can (with good health and a good mix of role players) steal the West at least for a season and play in the Finals.
Sucks for Knicks fans and Kyrie. Curious to see if he still goes to Brooklyn solo

it's on most social media site so it got to be real!
pelicans are insane. why in the hell they trade AD to lakers anyway? doesn't make any sense.
does anyone knows nba still own the pelicans? if so, the commissioner can stop the trade like they did to chris paul trade to lakers? and ship him in stead to the clippers. anyone?
zion still can refuse to play for pelicans a la steve francis.
it look very bad and it look like again that nba is favoring the lakers.
