    Sometimes you just have to take the obvious: Philyl -7 over Dallas
    Dallas is at the end of their 4-game road trip. This will be the 3rd game in 4 nights for them.

    The Sixers' last game was played on Wednesday against the hapless Suns. I get skeptical betting on a team that played balls-out the previous game but that game was different. Philly got up big in the first half and coasted in the second so there should be no problem being rested.

    Jimmy Butler is questionable for the Sixers today but they didn't have him against Phoenix and Simmons, Reddick and Embiid did just find without him.

                      Just a situational play. 76ers back from 5 game road trip. Mavs are 3-16 on the road but they aren't that bad of a road team. 8-11 ATS and will get some wins. Like the spot on the road trip.

                          The Mavs were doing pretty well there in the 2nd quarter when Philly wasn't hitting their outside shots. Part of the solution was the support they were getting from the Mav bench.

                          Philly had a bit of a streak there to end the half. I look for them to pull away even further as the Mavs look on to their next game.

                              Another game I've been looking at is Houston vs. Portland. Houston would be my knee-jerk response to win the game. They've covered their last 6 in a row. The only sticking point I have against taking them to win their 7th in a row is that they edged out Golden State in OT a couple nights ago.

                              Speaking of Golden State. They play their game against Sac at the same time as the Houston/Portland game. It will be interesting to see how they play after losing that OT game 2 nights ago.

                              I think I'm not going to make a pick on those 2 games and will instead just sit back and maybe make a 2nd half bet.

                                      Not my best win but I will take it. Dallas played hard to the end because they need some road wins. Hope that was an omen for the Cowboys game. Got them. GL on the rest of your plays. Definitely a crappy beat. Been on the side of 3 half point losses the past 2 weeks I should have won
