lots of upside to this match, rubio's still gtd as it stands and raptors at home. this is 4th game without lowry i believe, so the raps should be getting used to their rotations without him. take away home court advantage edge for raps and the line is telling us utah is a slightly better team than toronto on neutral territory sans lowry, not correct. im watching for the raps to blow the jazz out of the water with at least a decent margin of victory here.
