Betting 2nd Quarters (Indiana Pacers) 4-0 At Home
I'm a Pacers homer. I'll get that out of the way first.

When the Pacers picked up Tyreke Evans, I thought that their 2nd unit would really smash most of the other teams 2nd units. Big man Sabonis also comes off the bench and he's better then Myles Turner in everything but shot blocking. Cory Joseph is one of the better backup point guards and plays as much as Darren Collison.

Bottom line here.....the angle is betting the 2nd quarter where the bench probably plays 60% of the time or more. The Pacers are 4-0 at home 2Q. In their last 6 games....they're 5-1 in the 2Q overall and outscored opponents by 44 points combined. They've won the 2Q by 5,6,10,11, and 17 points. In the last 6 games they've beaten the Celtics by 10, Blazers by 11, and Spurs by 6 on the road. There is some value here!

      Easy $$ Pacers +9 2nd quarter

Sabonis +10 while he was in the game vs Turner -6
Cory Joseph +5 vs Darren Collison -6

That makes Indy 5-0 at home 2Q and on a 6-1 2nd quarter winning streak overall

Pacers 5-0 at home in the 2Q

Rolling with them again....atleast when the line is achievable. Sabonis, Tyreke Evans, and Joseph are too much. Usually 1-2 of them get hot and stay in when Oladipo returns.

What are your thoughts on Myles Turner? This guy continually lets me down on player props.

I'm down on him a little but not alot. He's only 22 and still developing his post game. He's one of the best shotblockers in the game, but the Pacers don't run that much so it sort of negates his best ability. I think Sabonis was better then Myles on day 1, but the Pacers are just now figuring it out. Player props are hard with the Pacers....guys like Myles or Bogie will go for 20 one night and 6 points the next. Sabonis pts/rebounds is a good one so far. Personally I find NFL players props 5x easier then NBA

                +6 Another Winner

                You're Welcome

That makes 6-0 at home and a 7-1 streak overall. The Pacers are developing like horses....they're def not a blazer out of the game. More of a stalking type that makes whatever move they're going to make in the 2Q. Their offense is really stagnant though overall. They can play alot better. Its hard for me to bet them for the game. They were up and blew the game to Houston the other night.

Thanks man. It won't last forever but its working for now. Turner, Collison, and Bogie will start playing better in the 1Q so 2Q will probably dry up, but its worth following
