You wouldn't do that legally here, in the United States. Because, after ahundred dollars in one dollar bets, casino couldn't cover that. Could an offshore seriously cover that. Of cousre not. Liability is too high.
They would definitely stiff you it Cleveland did come back and win, at least three games. (Remember its just three, not 4, because all those gamblers could hedge the bet by betting Golden State to outright win a game 7 with over two hundred grand).

How is this a legitimate sportsbook?
Throwing a monkey line up like that could not be payable.
