The Atlanta Hawks traded Acie Law and Speedy Claxton to the Warriors for Jamal Crawford. Being an Aggie, I got to see how bad ass Acie was in college. He never got his minutes playing behind Bibby. I hope he steps up and takes the pt guard position in Golden State because i think they will play Monta Ellis at the SG position.

Law, young player that hasn't got the chance to shine in atl. Good trade for both teams. Too many scorers for the warriors. They say Ellis is the pg, but we all know that he's does his damage at the sg. Not saying Law is going to start, but he is young and has potential. With the draft and a little wheelin and dealin, warriors can end up with a solid pg and law as the backup. Hawks need some more offensive presence so crawford is great.Comment -
Good trade for the Warriors, Crawford is garbage. Always taking awful 3 point attempts when plenty of other guys are open. Acie Law was also a total badass in college...so he should be a nice pickup for a team that's trying to breed some young talent.Comment -

As a season ticket holder for the Warriors, I actually liked Crawford despite not needing him. The guy is streaky and can make shots. Though you all act like the warriors were trying to get something in return... It was a move to 1) free cap ...and 2) get rid of an unhappy crawford who nelly did not cope with well.
But anyways, hopefully we'll hear better news for the warriors later... Go warriors!Comment
