    NBA 02/06/18 - TNT Double-Header Double Play
    Washington / Philadelphia -6.5, -109 (5DIMES)
    Oklahoma City / Golden State -9.5, -106 (5DIMES)

I like both home teams to take care of business and cover in tonight's TNT games. In the first game, Philly is catching Washington on the second night of a road back-to-back, riding maybe too comfortably of late without John Wall. They've played well thus far but a correction feels due versus a rested 76er's squad that has covered ATS 3 of the past 5 games in Philly against Washington. In the exciting west coast showdown, both teams find themselves rested (Oklahoma City last played Sunday, Golden State Saturday) and coming off of losses to inferior opponents. Steve Kerr has said his squad can't get to the All-Star Break soon enough but starting tonight begins 4 straight home games before a final road game before the break, and I like Kevin Durant and the Warriors to come out hard against his old pal Russell Westbrook. A lot of handicappers are taking the UNDER -230.5 (5DIMES) in this match-up, which is a justifiable pick, but with the spread dropping below double digits since open, and the Warriors trending 7-1 ATS at home versus the Thunder in the past 3 seasons, I see another home cover coming regardless of the total. Thus, altogether, I see a pair of home ATS covers tonight on TNT. Good luck everyone, and let's begin the juicy stretch of the NBA now with the conclusion of the NFL season!

Why is Kerr saying his team is exhausted? They've been giving their guys games off, 1 through 12, all season. No other team has done it to the degree they have. Plus think most of their games have come easy.

I get that they've had the spotlight on them all year, per usual, and this is the toughest stretch of the season, but I agree with you in that it causes an eye roll when I hear that. He said that they're "fried" and can't wait to get to the break and spend some time relaxing away from each other. But be that as it may, there's no way he lets his team use that as an excuse to fall off this coming week and a half, and I expect a full-blown Warriors show at home tonight by the stars on the team.

        Cleveland -6.5 / Orlando, -107 (5Dimes)

I decided to go ahead and tack on a third favorite spread cover tonight by the Cavaliers. There's no better opponent to bounce back against after 2 full days of rest, and the line only got friendlier as the day has passed. Orlando is decimated with injuries as well and will be showcasing trade-bait until the trade deadline come Thursday. I see a Cleveland victory, and with that I see it by well more than the 7 points they're laying.

Warriors are just detestable, from their front running coach on down. Thompson is the only one I like. Solid no-nonsense player.
