Well my proposal for tomorrow is Connecticut-8 we will have to work on the number and stay off of key numbers. The Dreamers are road kill. I also really like Washington, but not enough to let it go and just play the Sun if that's the way you want to go. The Sun is a must play, Washington is a strong situational play.

Just a thought here.

I think it would be a good idea to sign up at some of the exchanges (Betfair, Matchbook, etc.) and hedge your bet by laying the team you bet on when they are up big.

When Liberty had the big lead today, you could lay them at odds of 1.01 (-10000). You could also lay them at this price when they were up 5 with 20 or so seconds to go. If you were risking $1000 on NY to win, lay them for $1000 for your hedge.

If NY lost, you make your original bet back as you win $1000 on your lay (and thereby push overall). If NY win, your profit is cut by $10 as your lay bet loses (1.01 x 1000). I tried doing this today but unfortunately there wasn't much liquidity in the market at betfair and I could only lay around $300 before McCarville worked her magic and drove the prices back up.

I stayed up to like 3:30 in the morning over here and tried to keep up with the game on CBSsports but the scores were not being posted. It was driving me crazy. Finally I saw that at halftime they were leading by 13 and I went to bed. Then I wake up to see this. I can't believe it.
From what I've been reading on here it wasn't just the players choking, it was the coaching that sucked too. You've got to give your players instructions on what to do in these situations. Call a time out, tell them to hold the ball, foul or not foul, etc. If you want to hold on to such a lead try to hold the ball for as long as possible.
Oh well. I almost checked out of bwin just a couple days ago and since they were giving better odds on the ML last night I took it and left my account with almost nothing hoping I would build it up with last night's game. Oh well, that's what happens sometimes in sports. On to tomorrow. This is still an incredible record going on here.

I do the same thing, its definately worth it long term, I got the lay in at 1.08 just for insurance thinking NY couldn't really loose, another $1000 on the win and it would have been something like 900 - 1000 each way. I also think its a good idea to get onto the exchanges to avoid these kind of stupid meltdowns.

Of course with us falling below 6 dimes again, we have to go back to measures of our original $250.00 unit, but we will get back over 6 dimes tonight. Here are the games I propose

Connecticut-7.5 with a hook buy 3 units (You already know why)
Washington+6 1 unit (Chicago will not win this game by more than 3 baskets)

Buzz me in on what you like. I suggest we make our plays around noon or so, as I anticipate the Sun line going up a bit
