Play of the season tomorrow when the Storm girls innocently come knockin at the Lynx door looking to sell some candy only to later on get kidnapped and violated. I absolutely love the Lynx in this spot to crush the Storm.
And yes, Glitch I am aware of the Fevers locking down the #1 seed, and the whole motivational aspect that comes with that ine of thinking. The Fevers have now lost 4 out of their last 5, and usually coaches when that happens to good teams the coach will try to get their team to play better than that going into the playoffs. They clearly have the Shock's number, and are very capable of pulling off the upset win. The Shock beat them 4 straight times previously too, so it's not like it's impossible. It's too easy to take the hot team coming into this game. I like the hot team running into the team that has their number coming off of an embarrassing loss at home, matter of fact back to back home game losses. The road will be a welcome change of scenery for the team to bond together and beat the Shock in what I feel will be a very close game at the end.
I do however, feel that Detroit will be leading at the break by 6 points. Detroit's players get lax when they get leads. They take bad shots and their defense suffers when the long rebounds don't go their way. That will allow Indiana to stay around. The Fever average double digits in steals per game. How sick is that? They aren't the number 2 defense in the league for no reason.Comment -

Vreston, we are still monitoring the line. We have to make a play that is identical to the one that we put out for Indiana, so it is important that we get it right for the sake of the following.
This is going to be a very tough game for the Fevers to get the cover especially after beating the Shock by double digits three times this year, but we're banking on them keeping it close and having a chance at the end. We are going against a team that will more than likely front-run most of the game (Detroit) due to the nature of the series this year. I fully expect for the Shock to put the Fevers in an early defecit though!
The other thing is just as good a play, and if things continue the way that they do, it will be a great play.Comment -
