With the WNBA you have to play on emotion. A team that loses one day will prob. win the next day. Especially if a team loses on the road and their next game is at home. It's like some teams have to get beat bad then get angry at themselves and use that as motivation to win the next game. They can't play hard every game they have to lose 1 or 2 to win the next which ridiculous. Another reason why I can't wait until NBA season starts. The WNBA is too inconsistent, too emotional. But there are those handful a teams which you can depend on who plays hard every game like the Indiana Fever... Phoenix Mercury... Seattle Storm...
That's why I mostly play on home teams. The home records compared to the road are to just astonishing.

Detroit deserved it. Ate up 40 seconds with two bricks with less than two minutes left and then can't get the rebound. Hate losing games like that.

That last play with the San Antonio game looked like she didn't get it off in time. But I don't know what they would do without Becky Hammon. It's basically the San Antonio Silver Hammons.

And sorry ck and sexymit on your project play that is a HEART BREAKER. Fowles couldn't grab a rebound for her life. And she's like 20 feet tall and when she does she puts the ball in to kill the Detroit cover, heart breaker. It's amazing though how she can dunk but yet Chicago is the worst in rebounds.

because the books know that the only people betting the wnba are those that are smart enough to already know about RLM and 'too good to be true' games...and they may end up getting a lot of money put on LA because of a 'false favorite' line like this.

in football and baseball and hockey and the nba i can understand a whole slew of dumb people betting 'free chicken dinner' games and following their favorite teams and betting on them on pure whim. but the wnba?

i'm guessing the majority of people who bet it actually know what they're doing....or are tailing someone that knows wtf they're doing. cause it certainly makes me sick to my stomach attempting to watch this shit.

corona, that's an interesting theory but not supported by the line movements we see. Take the Indiana/Phoenix game for instance. Over 70% on Phoenix and the line moves in Indiana's favor. And we've seen that type of thing over and over. CK and SM have called a lot of winners based upon RLM.

As far as watching this shit, I agree wholeheartedly - it's agonizing!

i don't have any numbers to support it....but i'm positive there's been tons of RLM involving the monarchs, and they still suck balls at covering. nothing against ck/sm, because i think they're great cappers....but just from watching this thread every day, the project plays where rlm is cited as a selling point...they're far from sure things.

imho these guys are better when they just handicap the games straight up.

4-1 right there. and the liberty pulled some **** out of their ass with that comeback, which they never do. could've easily been 5-0....where all the capping was done 1-3 days in advance (so no line movement to look at to try to predict stuff)

Well, that did it. I bought 2.5 points to get Indiana at +4 (given my aversion for lines less than 4 or 5) at -160 and chucked 9.6 units to win 6.

You haven't been paying attention to the games have you? You have a 17-4 team Indiana just beat Phoenix in their house convincingly, and you have a Sparks team that is 7-11 and have been under performing all yr. Yes the Sparks were favored to win the championship but now I think Indiana is a good contender to win the title. They have the best record in the Wnba, they should be giving pts to the Sparks not getting.
