Who finishes higher in 2017 - Brooklyn or Philadelphia?

i think to take brooklyn you need big odds. i think vegas win totals were far higher for philly...... although brooklyn surprised me a bit as to how high their win total was. but they got deangelo russell who is arguably a young star.

yup............ brooklyn is 26.5 wins. phily is 40.5 wins....... HUGE difference.

I think Brooklyn is underrated and Philly overrated. I've seen Philly +200 to miss the playoffs which is laughable. Casuals tend to overrate young teams and/or assume that improvement is linear in the NBA. Good luck
