After missing the entire 2017 Summer League slate, Charlotte Hornets rookie guard Malik Monk could ultimately miss more time than initially expected. On Saturday morning, Hornets head coach Steve Clifford said that Monk’s sprained ankle is actually a “significant injury” and the first-year NBA player is still regaining his conditioning.
