Los Angeles Lakers shooting guard Nick Young will decline his player option for the 2017-18 season and officially become a free agent, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of The Vertical. His player option for the upcoming year would have netted him $5.7 million, but he will choose to test the free agency market instead.
