NBA team 4 games in 5 days

Does anybody have a schedule of all the teams playing their 4th game in 5 days? I came across one last year and I believe fading the team fared pretty well.

Sorry, I don't. All I have is anecdotal evidence of getting kicked by fading Houston earlier this year...
