Is this the local Toronto crew announcing this Cavs and Raptors game on ESPN? It clearly seems there is some bias. I'm not really a fan of either team, but it's almost annoying.

Not sure who the announcers but on the local channel they are TOTALLY bias. It does really get annoying watching the game.
Jack Armstrong... can't get any more bias than him.
