How the hell do i add a picture under my name for the posts?

click on user cp, click on edit avatar (under the 3rd set of options), go down to bottom and click on use custom avatar, then browse (if the pic is saved on your computer), double click on the file you want to use as a pic, and then click on the save changes button at the bottom of the page.

Click the "user CP" link up top and go to the avatar section and upload a picture.

Look in left column for Avatar
