Agree 100%. Adam Silver should caution teams against this on National TV, and punish them heavily if they defy him. Pop's himself, does this all the time, but when you have all the money that one man could never spend, what do they care about fines. He should take away draft picks, then maybe the owners & GM's will get involved.
