Ben Wallace?

I haven't been following nba much but have this bet on cavs to win eastern conference.My question is why isn't ben wallace playing much when cavs have so much problem guarding dwight howard.He was known for his tough interior defense.Why has his stock fallen so low?
Shouldn;t he start instead of zydrunas illgauskas or atleast get more gametime?

I tell you why, because when he was in the game Howard was going right through him also. Also, he doesn't even look to score at all, while Illgauskas can make some jumpers and score on the inside at times.
