Ml is a losing bet. Lakers suck. This is coming from a fan. This team is growing and they are not good.

Spreads generally are safer bets IMO. Winning some underdog MLs for bragging rights or fast money just doesn't seem like a viable strategy to me. But hey to each their own!

Isn't Lakers tanking already ? Normally if i had to bet i would also picks Lakers plus points.

For the record, game hasn't started yet and when I read this, the line was 5.5.. like LA @ 6.5. Not anytning under that though
