Anyone want to give advice as to why they think Celtics line has basically "stayed put" even though the public seems to be hammering them?

Also, what are all your thoughts on Over/Under in Celtic game? Seems like Vegas is trying to get us to take the over considering there is fishy line movement also!

The books want you to take the Celtics and people continue to do so. In addition, the money line has changed a bit favoring the Celtics more. With that being said, Magic look like the obvious play. I have a large series wager, so I'll probably stay away.

trust me, Roag...I know those stats...I'm from Boston originally and LOVE the Celts.

I want to take them today, but the fishy line movement has me nervous. This is where my questions are coming from.

I'm from Boston also. If this were a big mismatch I'd think twice, but I think the Celtics are the better team even without KG.

We'll know in a few hours. The line movement doesn't make sense to me unless you really believe these games are fixed.

Same thing was said last week with the Lakers and the low spread "LAKERS ARE A TRAP!" is what many said and the Lakers rolled.

Don't waste time thinking about what the bookies want you to do, cap the game and bet what you like.

Bookies want to take the same amount of action on either side so they have little risk, they aren't trying to play a side in a game like this.

i like the celtics moneyline but i refuse to pay -155 for 3 points, so i took the -3. Celtics should win pierce will have a huge game and im hoping allen actually shows up. It very well could end celtics winning by 1 or 2 but ill take my chances

so let me just throw this out there.. i know its a "what if" but what if this time when orlando gets up by 17 or whatever the refs dont give boston all those home calls.. the money is on the celtics and this is after the lakers cover the spread the same day.. when they have played the same day both have covered only once during this round the same day out of 3 times i believe.. so your telling me the celts are gonna cover during a PRIMETIME game where all day long they have been running the 32-0 stat at the bottom of the screen... and most of you guys are settling on the celtics.. maybe you are right and the refs will give them the calls and the nba wants a bost-cleve series or orlando will choke but call me crazy and im sure you will but gimme the magic...

I'm with you... Lets go Magic! They have dominated this series and Boston has comeback 2 times winning won of them. This series should be over already! Why would they want Boston and Cleveland, they had that last yr and it won't go the same way this yr. GL but primetime game everyone on the Celtics they keep pumping the Celtics stats up from 30 yrs ago which has absolutely nothing to do with today!
