When I look at road teams the 2 numbers that stick out to me are 7.5 and 3.5. If the away team is favored by 7.5 or higher it has a better chance of a blowout. 3.5 or lower abs the home dog has a good chance of winning SU or outright. Just my opinion from what I've gathered over the yrs. Definitely not automatic just a trend. The nba is suspect imo, not always ab the better team or players during the reg season but BOL tonight. Houston is without a doubt 6.5 points better than phx all things being equal or in a vacuum

I thought the line was low as well. I just can't tell why Vegas is thinking that. Houston generally plays the same road or home. Phoenix is healthier, maybe that's why? Perhaps they think Houston is emotionally drained after that Spurs loss? I respect Vegas' thinking, I just don't know what it is here.

Both high volume run and gun shooting teams, both don't play any defense, both good second opportunity scoring teams.

Houston's offense is run through Harden while Suns just need a hot hand or two down the stretch.
