I'm leaning OVER! They just went for 103... I know the Lakers won't have AS GOOD of a 2nd half, but the Rockets won't play that shvtty either... I think this goes over 100...

Under 97 is the play here. Refer to above post, along with a few other assessments I have made, I believe the 2nd half total stays under 97.
