If they met in the playoffs I'm sure Artest has the body (size and athletic ability) to hold him down at some points. Bowen may as well as he is pretty crafty/dirty.

But just like other elite offensive players, no, you cant defend these guys for a whole series one on one. Has to be a team effort. Lebron is no different then Kobe, Wade, Duncan etc, in that regard.
