Public heavy on Clev and Denver

I just looked and about 80% is on Clev -11.3 and Den -6.5. The lines have not moved all day. Does this mean the books like all the action on the favs because they feel the dogs will cover? I'm leaning towards Clev and Den tonight but I hate being on the side of the public when it's over 70%. Thought???

I am looking at sportsinsights (premium account...no delay)
67%-61% on spread, 97% - 82% on ML, Cleveland-Denver respectively.

Thanks for the info. I'm rolling with Clev and Den....better teams and are superior at home.
