In live betting, what I try to do is establish a good middling window with the Over/Under, and hope the score falls within it. If it doesn't, then all I lose is the juice. I play very small amounts, usually risking $5 on each bet.

It's hard to do because you don't know how large the fluctuations will be, but if you can establish a good 10 point window, then you might have a good chance at hitting both bets.

For example, in the Magic/Celtics game, I was able to establish a 12 point window between Over 182 and Under 194, and the final score fell in the middle at 185.

Also, instead of a large window, you might often end up creating two or three smaller windows. It would be best if you can establish one large window, and a couple of windows within the larger window.

Just like in the stock market, buy low and sell high. In live betting, when the total is really low, go Over, and when the total is really high, go Under. This is how you can then establish the middling window.
