man oh man, that was the sweat out on the under. At the end of 3 quarters there was 150 pts. I had under 215, so i was very happy after a 109 pt first half to to have only given up 41 pts in the 3rd quarter. So I got 64 pts to play with in the 4th. Wow did that 64 start ticking. there was back to back to back 3 pointers too. Unreal....58 pts of the 64 i could afford.

So far in the playoffs, CLE hasn't allowed more than 85 points in a game, however that was DET & ATL, who are not top offensive teams... The three CLE/ORL games this year resulted in scores of 203 (total was 195), 190 (191.5), and 187 (186.5). The lower total is trying to make people think that the Magic are tired after the Celtic series and will be flat against the Cavs. I like the over as well, but again, it looks too good to be true.

That is scary, but if you just look at those three games Clev/Orlando had with eachother, it looks a like a great bet. Orlando is hot right now and you are damn right about ATL/DET. They are not even in the same league as Orlando which is why I think the over is the safest bet of the night.

If you are on Cleveland -9 you better should stay away from the over. If Cleveland blows out the magic it will go way under!

orlando is showing some RLM and i'm really pissed that i didn't play the line movement rather than get sprung on the idea that the nuggets would come out rusty.

SO i'm sticking with orlando tonight as i think that 9 is just too much to give a team that matches up so well with cleveland, who may still win, but shouldn't get the magic to lay down by 10.

Yes yes and yes. Magic are streaky but play tough against cavs. now is the time to lay a small future on the magic. If they steal a game against the Cavs then you will have huge free roll / hedging opprotunities. No sweep here boys, IMO.

actually orl looks bad at the celts series going 7games with KG, Powe and marbury scoring on them. that was hilarious if i wasnt on those bos games. But, there is always a catch, orl can shoot like the best of them with their outside shooting. still, cavs is the best defending team in the east and LBJ is there. Cavs could start sluggish and lots of foul might be called.

I think the under is the right play but I dont know about the side. These teams havent gone under 190 since January of 2007 and they set the total to 184??? Looks like theyre tryin to get money in on the over and its workin. Personally I think if Orlando covers they will have to do it on the offensive end and the total will go over. If Cleveland does though I think it will go under because Clevelands defense is what wins games. So with that said Im leaning Cle -5.5 (3 point buy), u184.5.

are you serious? that game had a nugget slant all over it... lakers couldn't buy a call and the free throw desparity will show that tale... 35-24 FTA in favor of the nuggets... it's very rare that the lakers struggle that much to get calls and that's evident by kobe getting T-ed up for his frusteration with that fact. I mean, i can't even think of a single call that would lead you to that conclusion.

I really think that the lakers will play A LOT better next game now that phil has a game's worth of tape to dissect. I can't see them letting the nuggets roll into the paint that much, i can't see them getting outshot by almost 10%. Don't get me wrong, the nuggets blew that game and should have won it, but if they can't win in LA when the lakers come out that cold and they come out that strong, they could be in trouble. Lakers got the rebounding edge at 46-37, even with bynum in foul trouble for the whole game. I really need to sit on this one for a while, but even with the spread dropping lower for game 2, i really think that's a byproduct of the covering streak that the nuggets are on and the fact that the public would guaranteeably be on them... lakers being the fade the public play is pretty attractive at this point, and for my money, the lakers will come out and dominate the first quarter like they have in the previous 11 meetings with the nuggets.

CAVS are going to roll the Magic into a carpet and fly away from them in the 3rd quarter. These aint the Celtics and the CAVS play FAST at home......

I see the game played over due to the fact that once the Cavs pounce on them.....the Magic won't be able to play the little "clock" game tonight like they always do. Cavs get over 100.....Orlando gets over 80.
