The problem is Lebron is not a leader. He is a great player but when the going gets tough, he shrinks in the moment.. I actually thought he finally was over that with last year finals carrying the team on his back.. When everything is going great he is King James and son od Akron but when things get tough, he pouts and turn into LeQueen.. He's lucky to get two rings teaming up with Wade and Bosh.. And one of those rings, Spurs should of won that series.. Cavs fans, look in the mirror.. The problem is not Blatt, Kryie, Love, Lue, Gilbert, etc.. It's your fearless leader.. I wonder what Kryie and Love felt deep down inside when Lebron a few months ago mentioned he wanted to play with his super pals - CP3, wade, and Caremlo.. You tell me any true leaders would of done that to your team mates?
