The Los Angeles Lakers are in the middle of a six games in nine days stretch. The Portland Trailblazers, meanwhile are more rested. So take the points and the Trailblazers tonight when they host the Lakers in Portland.
It's a tough spot for the Lakers here. They come off a relatively tough game vs. the Timberwolves last night and will be playing their third game in four nights and sixth in the past nine.
Additionally, they have a big game vs. Detroit on deck. The Lakers did win and cover at Golden State last week. However, they are still a poor 8-12 ATS the last 20 times they played the second of back-to-back games.
Los Angeles is also an ugly 5-14-1 ATS the last 20 times they faced the Blazers, including a money-burning 1-9-1 ATS their last 11 trips to Portland. Consider taking the points with the rested home dog.
