Raptors are a solid team and 8-3 when on the road in the second half of a back2back scenario... Don't see the reason for such a high spread unless Vegas is banking on them resting some starters...

Both teams are pretty much settled into the 2nd places. Who will miss this game, if anybody ? If full lineups, I'd say Spurs need to win a little more to get their mojo going before the final stretch during which they will be resting everybody. Frankly, no idea why would you even consider this game, can be a backdoor cover or can be a blowout. Also, Lowry is playing injured, I think. In fact, no idea why he is even playing instead of resting. Toronto's coach is an idiot.

Well David West has sat the last 2 games... Popovich could sit anyone at anytime. And I think Lowry has proven his injury isn't a factor with the 22 he dropped on Friday. I think Toronto loses but keeps the game close. Especially given how they've been on the road this season.

NOw Roto was reporting Toronto might be resting "studs". Haven't seen it come out just yet, nor have I seen what freakinng Pops is doing. Makes this game very tough to calculate at this point. Regular season, if it meant something , SAS all day. But...........

Ah... I still don't see why Toronto would be dead set on sitting starters when they've been so insistent upon Lowry playing through an injury... Still not a bad spread to be on, imo.

Well considering the clips rested their whole starting line up and lost by a SINGLE bucket to the thunder.. It's doesn't mean the raps get destroyed here.. The line in that clips/thunder game opened at -15.5.. By tip off it was. -17... Didn't mean a thing

That's true. Raptors are really bad without Lowry though. If he sits I would stay away.

Yes but does the raptors have a jamal crawford who has been a great baller forever. The guy has more than once stepped up when needed too. I really don't follow the raptors much so I can't answer this question. If anyone follows them more and can think of a guy like that then maybe raps are the play. I honestly didn't even think of crawford when clippers game started. As the game went on they talked more about him in the game and realized had someone out there had that knowledge about him in these situations the clippers would of been an easy bet. Anyhow, raptors should get spanked I think unless anyone can point out who is going to carry this team. Clippers it was jamal and austin rivers.

Toronto local here. Terrence Ross could step up. He can score with the best of em. Decent range and good eFG%. Not a premier player but sort of a Jamal Crawford type. Raptors role players are better than many realize but don't get a lot of shots cuz lowry and derozan usually use 40+ possessions a game on their own. He is a West Coast guy just like Jamal too. Though he lives like a block from me now.
