He's been getting technicals lately, for the first time in his coaching career, because his players have said they need him to stick up for them. Seems put out when he's doing it -like someone's twisting his arm, no enthusiasm/ passion. Lame coach.

I am noticing a trend with some of these under performing teams.

They have no IDENTITY and suspect coaching.

Bulls, Rockettes, and now the Cavs.
