The gap between these teams is not as wide as the standings suggest. The Pelicans are capable with a strong performance from Davis, and that's why bookies give them a chance. Maybe even T.Frazier factors into it -he's starting tonight apparently. I like the Blazers too but it's not hard for me to envision the Pelicans winning.
