Raps have been on slide lately ATS. They been crashing in the 4th Q steady. ATL gonna play strong all quarters. I see them winning this game outright. Just too much needs to go right for raps to beat ATL and Lowry cant do it alone. Derozen will have trouble tonight with ATL defense . ATL plays strong both sides of the court ( almost beat GS -curry in GS) . Cappers even seem to think so with such a low line with raps at home! Need I saw more......ATL ML

This was a ML bet. Not a handicap. I thought Atlanta would win tonight ~50% of the time. I had 2.51 odds so Atlanta had to win 40% of the time for me to breakeven; therefore, it's a +EV bet in my eyes.Comment -

People need to understand why betting underdogs are so profitable. You get the odds from the books then you do the math. If you believe an underdog has a higher winning probability than the odds the books give you than the bet is profitable in the long run.
The hard part is predicting the winning percentage of a team on any given night; however, basketball and fighting events are more predictable than other sports in my opinion.Comment
