What is going on with NBA, 70% Over in february!?

All games are just crazy, you cant handicapp it anymore, because totals went up by 10+ppg, sick, nobody plays defence, everybody with just crazy tempo...

I checked last season, and that want the case... they can play some defence too regarding the break, but they doesnt.. it is like everybody gave up on defence :/
