3* DETROIT PISTONS -1.5
Line is way off IMO and will likely reach -3.5 or maybe even 4.5 by tipoff. Now don't get me wrong this isn't a dominating Detroit Pistons team but they are far from being just average, I believe they are still among the top 6-7 teams in the league at this point. Boston other than Pierce really do not have that much, so expect Pierce to see plenty of Double Teams and make Szczerbiak and Telfair beat em.. I like that... Boston is probably one of the bottom 6 teams in the league...

Also Detroit is the superior team defensively, if you are a defensively minded handicapper how could you not love Detroit in here? Boston is filled with less than stellar young inexperienced defensive players!!!

Detroit should win big, and have plenty of momentum cause people are beginning to mention they are not "GOOD" anymore...

Being a big Detroit sports fan I like to think I know alot about the pistons and I completely agree with you here imgv. I know detroit is not going to be nearly as good without ben, but as u said still have 4 potential all stars in starting lineup.

The bucks also are going to very dangerious team with all those big men in lineup and thats what killed detroit game 1: points in the paint. I feel Boston lacks the big men to exploit detroits weakness and unless rasheed gets kicked out of game again pistons should have no problem winning this game. 10 unit play for me here
