Pacers vs Hawks

Why would Pacers be favored just because they beat the Hawks already? I don't understand the correlation

Atlanta played well the last 2 games, and are the home team. I am expecting both sides to score over 100, so I lie the over in this one.

pacers actually better than hawks on neutral court but trending down recently. -5 does seem a bit steep although Mahinmi will be out again and Stuckey's been out awhile.
