Okc up 8 and got rebound with 20 seconds left I thought for sure Houston would foul and I'd get the 2 free throws to win. But nope no foul. ...... me royaly. Also realized that allowed Houston to cover by half a point also. Just found it weird no foul on situation like that. Harden dribbled the ball for like 20 seconds really weird ending imo. Not unusual to see a team quit down 8. I'd understand you more if they were down by 6.

However I do think the Rockets did try to grab Waiters initially and the refs didn't call it, then once he crossed halfcourt they just let him dribble out the clock.
