The NBA seems to really be milking Thursday nights. There used to be two or three games, tonight I see six. The more the merrier I suppose, but Thursday's has been a good day to settle money or start a new path. This is tougher to predict when there are more games.

More Thursday games this year because league spread out the schedule more. When Thursday was strictly a "TNT Night", it necessitated more four-game in five-night and five-game in seven-night stretches, and the league has now cut back on that.
