I don't particularly care that much because I can watch any game I want on League Pass but seriously why is Timberwolves/Thunder on ESPN? This is like the second week in a row they pick the Timberwolves too. I don't get it. It's annoying enough the Lakers are on once or twice every fukking week because of the whole Kobe thing. But outside of that they could at least choose better games. The absolute last games they should want to show are games between one of the best teams and one of the worst teams and it seems those games are on every week.

There are plenty of decent games every night to choose from too. No excuse for this.

No idea, they need to start flexing these games.

I'd love to see how many national TV games the Lakers have had compared to other teams? Probably top 5 in the league. At least the Knicks are halfway decent this year, because you know they are always going to be on TV.

The Knicks are on a bit less though, I think it's their first year without a Christmas game in ages for instance. But yeah I certainly don't mind seeing them this year.

And the whole Lakers thing is overblown for sure. Yeah we get it it's the last year we get to see Kobe play but it doesn't have to be every bloody week. Once a month is more than enough. And then maybe the last couple weeks they can show them a bit more when most games are meaningless anyway as teams gear up for the playoffs. Also although he has played better lately, why would anyone want to see a 37 year old Kobe limping to the finish line instead of watching vintage Kobe games when he was the best player in the world? Just air some of his classic performances on NBA TV during the daytime rather than showing us this atrocious team live.

This whole Kobe thing is like the Derek Jeter saga all over again. At first its cool, and then it gets old. Just let me know when it is his last game ever and I'll pay attention to the Lakers. Like Jeter, they will probably rig it so he hits the game winner or something.

The really good games seem to be few and far between.

They could at least put games that have the potential to be good between 2 decent/good teams. I count at least 2 they could've put in the 7PM slot in Wizards/Pacers and Mavs/Bulls. Now obviously Wizards/Pacers turned out to be a bit shit but it had a decent shot to be a good game.

The only national tv games they seem to get right are the Sunday ABC games. TNT usually has good games. ESPN is all over the map.

ESPN always give jeff van gundy and one of his lapdogs the better game. Just listening to him now doing his routine "quirky" monologues and then saying this coach is doing a great job, and the coach that went before him was doing a great job too, and every other phuckin coach in the league is doing a great job

                      1. NBA schedule is released in Aug I Believe how the fukk do they know which teams are gonna suck or not?

                      2. Clearly OKC is a great team to broadcast plus Minny is an obv candidate because of top prospect Towns, possibly Love situation etc etc.

                      3. No wonder you hit 37% every year if you can't figure that out...
