please help me understand something vital about NBA
    Hello,
I really need to know if statistically speaking teams from NBA on back to back or having a really busy schedule having played so many games lately are actually "fatigued" and in this regard one should bet the Total as under or rather the over. Case study Atlanta Hawks vs Detroit Pistons. I see they are playing like every 2 days. Is that normal nowadays in NBA? I am european and hardly get to watch something deep in the night. If I were to weight which of the two is more tired I would say Atlanta. Seeing that Detroit played last night but prior to that only on 19 dec. Atlanta would have more fatigue in their players but their bench is wider as I see Horford or Teague are barely scoring and now Schroeder or Scott are doing it.

Is under here justified? I really want to bet something on this match as I do not like but this and Brooklyn ML. Or is the spread on Detroit more like it? What's your take on this?

Trying to understand anything in the NBA is a waste of time. Just go with your guts.

I would think a fatigued team might actually allow more points scored against them but idk. B2b are fatigue so are OT games but it depends on the team. At the end of the day there are too many other variables to determine what is fatigue like lack of depth/injuries

If it makes a difference you can bet that the linesmakers know as much and it is taken into account in the opening lines.
