basketball Coaching

Hey one of my cousin is 18 years old and now he wants to join the basketball coaching club . So where should he go for that?
Need suggestion. Thanks.

A school would be a good place to start

a division 1 college, with a coach that isnt going anywhere for awhile, then its just time to start networking, talk to athletic directors, get coaches emails, you have to be a real pest to get there attention. You have to be willing to do any thing they may ask( youll be lucky to be anything but a pratice assistant or team manager for 4-5 years) . Its a longggggg journey that does not play well untill you get to the top, even then there is very little job security.
