Out of curiosity I googled NBA in Mexico. They have not played there much in recent years, the game in 2013 was canceled b/c electricity went out and last year Kings beat Wolves 114-99 with a pre-game total set at 199. Over might be an interesting play, not sure, this is definitely not a big sample.

Yeah I tried to look it up but there isn't much there. I know 2 years ago the place filled with smoke from some electrical problem. Anyway, I would lean over in this game.
