In another year this certainly would've been a possibility. Doubt it this year. I don't think you'll see an 8 seed with 45-47 wins (or even 49 like Dallas 2 years ago) this year.

Golden State, the Spurs, OKC, and probably Memphis/LAC will end up winning 50+. But other than that who will win more than 45? The other teams in contention would be Houston, Dallas, Phoenix, Utah, and maybe New Orleans if they make a good comeback. But I don't see any of them winning more than 45-46, and I can see the 8 seed with around 42-43.
