At 37 years of age I do not expect Kobe to play defense..and people ripping him for his lack of defense..need to understand this...most players post 30 years of age simply do not have the stomach or the legs for it...however, Kobe is literally a pylon out there right now and is costing his team late in 4th quarters..
Isiah Thomas on NBA TV tonight all but said the man is done...Thomas said he knew it was time to retire when the guys he used to destroy were crossing him up and blowing by him and he was too slow to do anything about it..Clarkson put up 30 tonight without breaking a sweat the kid is legit.....Kobe hit the backboard 4 separate times tonight with 3 or 4 airballs in between...this fella has had it....its getting ugly out there...
At this stage in the game an intervention may be required...either that or take Kobe to Sizzler everyday for next 4 weeks and gain weight then move him to the 4 and move Clarkson to the 2....Kobe has no business around the perimeter in the NBA anymore...either play the post or the play the bench....
